Lo, you cannot use other reit price as a direct compare. You need to check the NAV and also the dividend yield.

First time i see people compare on price basis and not on DY, PE, NAV etc.. lmao why doht u use axis reit as comparison.. lagi terror.

I might dispose 150k units on wat premium is that on listing day, then keep 50k units for dividend or further price appreciation.
