erm.. this 2nd Q4 2015.. gtx960 release wut suppose to be end Q1 2015. latest is using maxewell architecture. gtx765m.. if found... so.. must be lucky.. but.. hopefully the condition of the notebook also good. inm, there is gtx865m too but i forgot where i see it

well, shop renting need to pay + utilitities + profit. thats why a bit higher. some shop offer better service too. try browse in garage sales. there is always trusted seller. can deal with them. make sure see the feedbacks too. in case warranty claim. they can assist u.
