From the pictures, it looks development is moving quite fast, I still have not receive the 1st drawdown notice.

Posting from Acacia Park FB page:

"Based on unofficial news sharing, we were told that the related parties are quite close to resolving the legal issue on the land acquisition of Latar Interchange. Bear with the respected parties a little longer. Once the developer announces this, we are quite sure there will be a jump in the property prices for Acacia Park."


Hopefully the above statements becomes reality as the LATAR is the main reasons most of the buyers including me decided to buy a property there.

Since YB Azmin will visit MR2 on 15 May, we can have a demonstration on regards the larat exit in front MR2 exit. Is it good idea?

I always use tasik puteri as a shortcut to ijok since last 5 years and i found that it gettin livelier by the day.Congrats to the early purchaser this township has potential and still maintain it green environment.Might grab a subsale here

I receive letter from developer which asking bank to release partial payment.

Update on my call to LYG SA today:

1) Asked when will the 1st draw-down with bank happen, she said 2 months from now. Be prepared to service interest.
2) Asked when I can get my rebate back, asked me to call office.

The rebate is paid by LowYat via cheque? Not direct into our loan account, right?
