No DIBS scheme. There is rebate on credit note, it should be stated in the order/booking form. Phase 1 buyers should be getting it back soon. I put my efforts to visit BTP weekly to gain more confident for this township development.  We hope the best delivered from LYG, right? I hope LYG sees this. your banner ads in this forum is outdated - still showing CNY (mid-April already). It is not cheap to wrap banners for long periods in a popular forum. You should refresh your banners or stop your ads.

Acacia Phase 3 launching! Caught this on today's Oriental Daily News. Too bad I can't read Chinese. Correct me if I'm wrong, it mentioned LATAR is delayed to 2017/18.
