SOTD - Incense Avignon by CdG
One of the reference Church incense scents out there. Created by master perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour. Smells similar to Full Incense by Montale, Cardinal by James Heeley, La Liturgie des Heures by Jovoy and Sahara Noir by Tom Ford (ambered incense) with slight variations each. Incense Avignon brings to mind, priest swinging incense censer in a stone-cold medieval Church with pipe organ playing and choirs chanting in the background. This scent is cold and airy but not fleeting. A good meditative scent if you're a religious Roman Catholic.

hello, wanna ask i just purchased invictus aqua from an online seller in instagram. She sell it for rm170 new in box. And i checked the manufactured code is in december 2015. I thought aqua is release in 2016. Is this invictus aqua is fake? Please help thank you

Haha too late , u got scam already. Especially if the seller say they somehow associated with P&G (Proctor & Gamble).

And she did not do the COD herself?

Sorry bro. You got scammed , real ones go for 361 at Sasa and longevity is very good. I went to try Invictus Aqua too at Sasa , but did not like the scent . Nowadays the fakes are very good in packaging and bottle, no more spelling errors , sprayer not lousy anymore and their date code Can be checked online . but watch for the price and location. If Facebook and insta ,latest trend is to claim as distro from P&G (even the address on the sticker is correct) , feature Chanel fragrances (Chanel is very very hard to get outside of their boutiques and Parkson Counters) price too good to be true. Then you know lah.
A lot of facebook sites are poping up, but i think supplier is always the same.

The Aqua flanker is released this year but the original Invictus is first released in 2013. I'm sorry to say yours is most probably fake. On top of that, Paco Rabanne is not distributed under P&G. You can refer it here :-

My first AdP from StrawberryNet has just arrived yesterday. All for under RM380 after huge discount. Added 4711 bar soap for free shipping and the Cool Water lotion is a free gift. This is a dressed-up flanker to the original Colonia. Oakmoss adds a matured dated vibe here. I don't get much citrus or neroli on top. It reminded me of fresher version of reformulated Kouros. This is my SOTD.

Never ever buy if the seller says from Procter & Gamble extra stocks, they are highly like fake

P&G won't be selling perfumes outside the stores

Some of the sellers even give u unbelievable discount let's say buy 1 free 3.

Nowadays even TF counterfeits can be found on Instagram

One more thing.. Don't blindly trust testimonials on instagram

Now seller of fake perfume are quite clever

They will clajm that their products are not graded, not Dubai, not reject

The boxes and codes appears genuine

The only way to identify them is when theg offer prices which are too good to be true, let's say TF Cafe Rose for just RM 200. Don't fall into the trap!

Another way to spot a fake if u own the real stuff before or you have a friend who owns a real bottle.. Or you bring your bottle and check side by side at counters or boutiques

Earlier this year I was cheated by one Instagram seller. I bought a Mugler Pure Wood that time for rm 200. For some reasons I think it's fake.. But the seller claims it's genuine and refused refund

What I did.. I asked my friend from overseas to buy me a retail bottle.. A new one. Once I've got the evidence and compared the perfume side by side.. And yes!!! I found a few dissimilarities, and I immediately asked for my refund again from the seller

I'm very strict this time, and the seller refunded me in full

I returned the fake item to her. She returned my money. The money is put to buy other origjnal bottle of perfume. Hehe

Bottom line.. ONLY BUY From ESTABLISHED SELLERS. Never trust Instagram stupid testimonials

If i got time.. I'll upload the comparisons of Mugler Pure Wood between the fake and real item
