To be fair, actually this due to our custom new policy in place. It started since our RM spinning down out of control like crazy. Government made it very tough for us now to import item from oversea.

Regarding the delivery, yap that is their problem but goods stuck in custom is not one of them. Our custom or rather government like to change policy like eating peanuts. Sometime very hard for outside vendor to ship their good into our country especially now with weak RM performance. They will try to find every single fault in your parcel and charge for more. All about money.

I did say change to anything - America, Canada, UK etc. Some games will follow the system language, but for those games available only in Japan eShop, I think it'll be in Japanese only
