Not really true. Now Fiamma is starting hunting land around klang valley for future development. Currently they're new project sales is not bad with economic down turn. |

this project has been on preview sale since early 2016
one year has passed and the take up rate still low....i think oversupply in kepong areas in the main reason where buyers are spoilt with many options |

This condo having difficulty to sell well, due to improper go-to-market strategy and marketing focus.
Price was set at higher point for the leasehold land, and uncertain on value proposition. Visited them and found out that year to date the selling rate merely below 30%. |

I can onli say tis project shouldn't hav started. Tis part of kaptong doesn't need another condo. It's the greed tat everyone wan a piece of action.
