I checked out the sales gallery and is really mediocre, nothing to shout about. Size is good for own stay ONLY. There are so many better choice than this.

1. Not sure what make you so angry, but seriously where u got the info about 8 lanes? probably u shd visit the site where the DUKE2 elevated highway is built in this area thumbup.gif

3. Seriously, supply and demand talks by its own, no need speculate. It is not CLOSE to DPC, it is NEXT to it. How would you know this quality where it has not even been built yet.. rclxub.gif

4. Not sure which part of the world u come from, do u know how much is DPC now?

a typical rundown terrace 16x55 at bdr menjalara anytime set u back at RM600k++, for some reason it is better to get a brand new condo in this area. Unless one can effort Sunway SPK damansara and Villa manja which is just right next to it.

DSL Houses in Bdr Maluri and Bdr menjalara are more than 20 years old and for a 800k, u may just only get 1500 sf 16x65. For me it is no point to get and we are yet to mention about heavy all sub-sales costs, that only if u don't mind to pay another 100k-200k to refurbish the house.

I suggest you call up agent and have a visit on those 500k units, instead of just scan thru iproperty. Make sure u still got appetizer after viewing icon_rolleyes.gif
