I checked out the sales gallery and is really mediocre, nothing to shout about. Size is good for own stay ONLY. There are so many better choice than this.

3. Seriously, supply and demand talks by its own, no need speculate. It is not CLOSE to DPC, it is NEXT to it. How would you know this quality where it has not even been built yet..
4. Not sure which part of the world u come from, do u know how much is DPC now?
5. Are you the agent selling on other project nearby this area?
