For 800k+, one can get a decent DSL in Bkt Maluri or Bdr Menjalara complete with freehold land.....

DSL Houses in Bdr Maluri and Bdr menjalara are more than 20 years old and for a 800k, u may just only get 1500 sf 16x65. For me it is no point to get and we are yet to mention about heavy all sub-sales costs, that only if u don't mind to pay another 100k-200k to refurbish the house.

From IProperty....2 sty terrace 16x55 costs around 480k to 520k only. Not 800k lah biggrin.gif

Menjalara housing areas r split into 2. The 800k or even more expensive houses r located at the left side of ldp opposite dpc main entrance.

The 16x55 house r opposite the hospital and 2nd dpc entrance. 16x55 houses oso hav FH and LH. FH houses usually command higher price and less sellers in market.

Anw the 16x55 houses r too small to go for major reno unless it's a corner unit tat hav extra land for extension.

I suggest you call up agent and have a visit on those 500k units, instead of just scan thru iproperty. Make sure u still got appetizer after viewing icon_rolleyes.gif

To be fair, the FH for those 16x55 are selling at 600k or above. No longer at 5xxk. Dun even need to wish for below 500k.

1 of the corner was sold 900k recently.

anyone noticed the small letter below the broucher? the leasehold will expired around 2065/2070 something lile that. thats mean after completiong in not more than ten years, u need to renew the period..

I rather stay in 1000sqft condo than 16*55 rundown terrace. Anyway, it's just my personal opinion

1st vp may 2005. U need 9yrs to make it 20yo. Unless u were referring to the commencement of land clearing in 2002.

I heard the developer just lower the price by giving huge rebate in Feb 2017. Max RM55000 extra discount. Those who bought this property as early bird? What you think?

Up the price n rebate or rebate more than last time. Last visit...i saw the price..i jus cabut. Waste of time. Couldnt remember the pricing. Can share here again? Psf? Maybe hartamas agency can help. smile.gif They were the main agent last time
