Yup, D5 + D500 an unbeatable match for photojournalist it seems.

But me trying to use rationalise a D500 + D800 combo. The D500 with D5 AF system can make up for fast action sports.  biggrin.gif
Curious, with rising cases of dengue how do you guys cope with your outdoor shoots? Any tips?

Aha! nice tips, at least a have a way to learn about it. basically like shutter speed, ios, and aperture i already know how it works, but just im not so sure about in what kind of situation use how much ISO and shutter speed.
*
also knowing your DSLR body's safe ISO range also good too. certain ISO range exceed of X number then it will be looks bad.

for me high noise > slow shutter tongue.gif (a bit too heavy after hugging my camera for few hours walking in trip)

but then it is (if) my trip photo so i don't really care about noise that much XDD

inside is one of the photo from my trip, it is too sexy for my standard so i still have dilemma want to post in facebook or not lol. (dem facebook image now cannot direct copy the code and paste here.)

Dark side = Nikon? lol

Maybe if they release a FF with near performance in a 6D size, i have small hands and 6D size is probably the max i'm willing to handle for travelling... and jumping to Nikon means more expenses as i'm already invested in Canon!
But damn, the D5 ISO 25,600 is almost similar with Canon 6D 6,400...

probally nikon lens is black, but canon is white tongue.gif

*
i think can, but you still have to pay inspection fees per item if not mistaken. unsure.gif

i never send to PKNS but i send my camera 2 time in times square service center (now move to other place)
they charge with inspection fees first then will call the owner for double confirm want to fix or not if not mistaken unsure.gif

i was keep my D70s till when i sell it, it is only worth 300-500 lolmao. i think is like 7-8 years.

basically my points is, you purchase DSLR, expect either sell it off 1-2 years or keep it till spoil lol, the DSLR tech actually can lasts quite long on par compare your flagship phone camera XD

got think mirrorless camera but i think same seldom have time use camera
*
mirrorless? that consumer level one normally 1 year change 1 new model, in other thread (like LG V10)keep see you talking about selling old stuff and get V10.

seriously i not really recommended you get mirrorless since you don't even use it often. (from your description)
and lose money only once you get mirrorless and sell it afterward if you not use that much. the value sure drop very fast one.

use phone actually better whistling.gif

tech stuff don't have value when time flies. you better buy lego set and wait for times come then sell it with higher price whistling.gif

hmm i need some advice here..

really i've been comparing D750 and D500 lately.. alot...

D500.. new processor, and the functions.. tempting...

but no matter how D750 still a FX camera....

let say forgetting about current lenses i got (all dx except prime)

which is better buy?

(landscape and street photo more; occasionally portrait)
*
erm... got shoot very fast moving object like racing car? hmm.gif

but i think D750 better la haha brows.gif

Want some opinions.

I m using d750 and 50mm 1.8g, 24-120 f4 and tamron 70-300 usd. Thinking to get d7200 too.
Also, wanted to just share using those existing lens with the d7200.
Will the image quality be impacted with those fx lens on dx body ?
*
never heard that for so long diving in this thread. ph34r.gif
also 7200 and 750 both high MP body, not like you came from direct D70 to D750 tongue.gif
so i think nothing to worry ... unsure.gif

the only impact i think like sifu said, cropped/"zoomed" out a bit due to "crop sensor" lor XD

Performance of DX bodies will not be impacted by putting FX lenses.

Unlike putting DX lenses on FX body which will make the FX body sensor like a DX body if auto crop mode is on. If it's not on auto crop and you override to use FX sensor, then you can only use a certain zoom range of the DX lens on the FX body before getting into vignette problem.

Anyway, don't understand why you need to buy a D7200... What are you planning to use it for? Wildlife? If you really need a 2nd body, get another FX body like the D800 or another D750.

not recommended him D500 meh? laugh.gif

LOL... Cannot recommend to somebody on something I have not tried. Looks impressive but don't know if I'm willing to pay so much for it if I was looking for a crop body.  sweat.gif

wait till he resell it because not using it fully, killing 2 stones with 1 bird whistling.gif
