mine also hvnt activate, Celcom send sms and says that the new sim card will be activated within 2 days. (normally is within 24 hours.)

I guess too many ppl porting, or they are waiting for the new calendar month which is tomorrow

When do you applied to MNP? i applied on the night of 28/4

You will actually receive a few sms from celcom and your current service provider during the MNP process,
first celcom will inform you that your current service provider is reviewing the MNP process. then your service provider will verify or inform you that the mnp from their side is complete. then celcom say they will activate your simcard within few hrs/days.

MNP-ed two number last week, 1 received wifi password, the other one states no wifi is added to the package.

Contacted the online support, they say they will look into it.

Anyone can try send sms to international number? both the MNP-ed number was unable to send sms to international number, but no problem calling and receiving sms from the international number.

Anyone facing problem sending SMS to international number? All of the 3 Basic 38 plan that I have cannot send SMS to international number. 2MNP and another 1 change from celcom legacy plan to the basic 38

Off topic, Anyone care to test ? So far 4 person (incl me) tried to Sms to international number but fail to send immediately.

All of us are on Basic 38.

Wondering if this happen to basic 38 customer only or all of celcom
