Tenso service has fallen so miserably bad that i feel like flying to japan and make them swallow a katana.
Package arrive on 23rd at 11am. They waited untill 24th to inform me package arrive and then allow me to do the payment. I made the payment around 10am. Untill now i also have not seen the package sent out.
I suppose they trying to drag it untill 25th so that the package can be sent out on friday and arrive on tuesday or wednesday.

Last time i use their services, immediately after package arrive, my account page will pop out to inform me to make payment on the same date it arrived. Then after making payment, next day sent out with EMS tracking code.

Tenso was slow for me, my item was at tenso for a week before the item left japan. Moreover, the price is more expensive than other forward service. My item arrived to tenso on a Sunday, but redelivered to tenso on Monday, item only left japan on Thursday or is it Friday?

Got better forwarder recommendation ? I've been looking.. At least reliable and not Delivery Half Lost + Got and Run cases. Been looking and i couldn't find one.


*nvm... i googled a few and found that certain site is offering discount for normal EMS rates and they don't even have service charge fee* But these site do not offer english assistance . No issue for me anyway, i've been dealing with quite a handful of pure japanese sites without issue.

Damnit Tenso. They offer premium price tag service but do things like snail. After the parcel reach me, i'll immediately delete my tenso account.

How much does it cost by using tenso? I've checked on other website, which usually cost approximate rm6xx include shipping need to survey more on this...

The indicated weigh doesn't necessary represents the weight of the parcel. It's sometimes also measured according to the parcel's dimension. If they use a bigger box to contain your small package, the price will be more expensive then it originally is. Tenso has been a big entity and they should receive certain discounts rate from EMS for using their services. Hence which is why they tried to make your parcel heavier then it originally is by repackaging it with a bigger box. Heavier = Higher price and they gets better returns from the discounts they get. The expansion if packaged rightly and along with it's dimension should weigh no more than 3kg.

Only used once. I paid an amount more expensive than the rate shown on its webpage. But it is considered fast, cause other forward service gets delayed due to cheap price and too many users.

Got the ce box today from amazon japan.

I'm not really contented or fascinated by these overly priced premium stuffs from SE. In fact , i feel cheated.
First of all, no monthly timecard included.
The whole huge box have only 4 things that are useable. (1 book art of heavensward with his signature , 2 cd and a dragon figurine.)
The excessive paper box junks puts weight and burden to shipping cost. Some are hard and heavy as well.
Perhaps it gives u the flexibility to showcase your only "4 items" of heavensward.

Overall, it's just totally bs. They did not even calculate and design the ce to be shipping friendly.
Wished that i should have just order the download copy. RM492 for the ce and RM182 for delivering it to Malaysia , totall dmg cost , RM674.

However it is rather expected price based on region!

U.S. Was USD150 and that's normal for a collector

Ripped off are only applicable those eu people like me where all retailer sell ridiculous prices haha!

CE has usually always been pricey premium, and only a few are actually worth it but then whether it's worth it or not depends on the person, it's one of the reason I stop buying into CE

Also the box always will be padded and oversize to protect the content, they can't really make it compact since there are chances the box might be crush and damaging the content inside. They are not design to be shipping friendly to be honest, they are design to look nice and protect whatever inside of it.
