The quote i got from tenso for my heavensward is 3180G . Available nearest option 3 kg and 3.5kg. So have to choose 3.5kg option.

The indicated weigh doesn't necessary represents the weight of the parcel. It's sometimes also measured according to the parcel's dimension. If they use a bigger box to contain your small package, the price will be more expensive then it originally is. Tenso has been a big entity and they should receive certain discounts rate from EMS for using their services. Hence which is why they tried to make your parcel heavier then it originally is by repackaging it with a bigger box. Heavier = Higher price and they gets better returns from the discounts they get. The expansion if packaged rightly and along with it's dimension should weigh no more than 3kg.
