how do i check my account is eu or na?? i,'ve quit the game more than a year. forgot what region i purchase last time.

I purchased the digital CE + early access at Kinguin, and it gave me a 20-digit code (which I believe it is the early access code)

I already redeemed the code at mog station and successfully upgraded my account type to "HW Early Access". However I have no 2nd code for the full game registration. Is it something missing there or kinguin just haven't provide me the full game registration code?

I bought from kinguin also, yes atm we have early access code only, but when the game release(on the 23rd)we will get the heavensward game code later to key in.
As as ARR started before.

Buy at Kinguin, no need VPN and cheaper than Green Gamers.

What CE region u speaking of ? JPN/EU or NA ?
They are almost RM600-700 or more to get it delieved to Malaysia.
JPN i got it from amazon japan with the help of a parcel forwarding company.
NA from qishan preorders as far as i know it was like one or two months ago.
EU noone had any ideas how to get it in. Many local retailers refused to bring in because of the high shipping cost .

Many bought from there according to most of the post here. I'm pretty sure it's legit and cheap as well.
When information going through a public vpn such as hola to get through GMG , there are information leaks to 3rd party.

If you really wanted EU Physical CE copy, i guess it's not the best time to buy it before release.
Get it after. Or if you have any friends who's living around EU regions, try to get them to help you buy it and ship it.
It should be much more cheaper then getting local retailers to help you bring it.
Local retailers are definitely going to be 3rd to 5th party*worse*.
The manufacturers going to sell it to a distributor under a cheaper price where they'll mark it up to a percentage depending on region. Distributor will sell it to either our local retailer with a marked up price + shipping fee or to a second distributor which will later be sold to a local retailer.

SE sells to -> EU Distributor sells to -> Asia regional Distributor with marked up price + shipping fee sells -> To our local retailers with marked up price + shipping fee.

RM500++ for CE. With markup and shipping already around RM 600-700++ to asia regional distributor. You've got to top up to RM700-800++ to get some profits for that. And with the gst, how much our local retailers going to allocate the cost to bring in. So in the end if they charge it too low, not profitable. If charge too high, users will complain.

With current exchange rate if you are trying to get EU edition. you gonna fork out at least RM900- RM1000

EU CE edition is 150 pounds/ 300 AUD
That's 860 at current exchange rate (middle rate)

I don't think you can get this cheaper.
Reason is, all known retailers who are stocking this have been sold out.

Best is to deal directly with SE EU shop which you have to go through via someone in EU.

Good Luck in finding one.

its write that ps3/ps4 can start download at 17 june. so cross finger that pc can download at that time too

=.= u are also living in EU region and have direct access to buy straight from SE shop.
I'm not sure when will the package arrive at my doorstep.
My estimation is going to arrive only on 30th June ,Tuesday the earliest.
26th will be shipped out in the midnite It'll only arrive 27th which will take them few hours to quote me the packing + forwarding service charge. After paying the amount , they'll probably shipped out perhaps before 5-6pm jp time.
Package take aeroplane come will perhaps arrive on monday or tuesday.
Then it'll go through custom clearance and see those hungry kastam want to cucuk wang or not.
Going through the ding dong shyt, perhaps wednesday or worse friday.
