as @ganstream1 said version matters, if buy wrong version than your SE account, you can't apply the code to your game.

i bought my HW from Kinguin
and right now i'm trying to add the code but it give me
"The entered code is invalid." what i should do ???

and do can download HW right now?

What is your account version? NA or EU? kinguin selling mostly EU codes for heavensward.
Or did you get your original ARR game from steam? etc etc

My ver is EU and i bought from normal store + i don't even have steam account so i didn't bought from there

check back if that is early access code or the game code. early access code is put different place iirc.

Looks like you already key in the code? Because it shows FF xiv heavensward early access?

Theres no the 'o' sign because we havent receive the code for the game it self, we have the early access only.
Later when the game officially release, we will get the heavensward game code later.

Server just went into maintenance at 5pm today.Maybe tonite or tomorrow can update the client.

Do you already own Final Fantasy: A realm Reborn? Because what you bought is only expansion.

some people start with 4gb patch
but after closing the launcher when you restart it again
it will download another 4gb patch
