i encountered the problem when on ios 8.1.3

chat with the apple support, asked me to update to 8.2 [claimed will be better]

then mah upgrade to ios 8.2 [fresh] downloaded 2.2GB ipsw then restore through itunes, set up as new.

there is no game at all in my phone and i barely on 3G, wifi mostly but the battery can last max 7 hours, encountered 3 times freezes today

my iphone 5 also not so problematic as this ip6 plus
