1) Ensure the LTE mode is on in Settings
2) Update to latest iOS. 3) update latest carrier settings. Force it by going to settings - general - about Ultimately need to check the LTE coverage is running in which network spectrum. 1900mhz, 2600mhz etc. |

I read Apple customizes the 4G and LTE based on market. But Msia it should show LTE
