1K for screen replacement? I rather top up additional RM400 to get it replaced by Apple Malaysia. At least they will replace the phone and still comes with warranty. If replaced outside, warranty will void altogether..

US set so no difference ..... 1.4k by Apple Malaysia ? rclxub.gif and I thought Sony are expensive

How to tell a bad home button from a good one? My home button is quiet, not much sound. My friend's is clickety-click, very loud. Which one better? Or no difference?

The warranty is going to cover just for the new screen or the whole things inside the phone? I have an understanding once cracked = warranty is void due to impact?

1) Ensure the LTE mode is on in Settings
2) Update to latest iOS.
3) update latest carrier settings. Force it by going to settings - general - about

Ultimately need to check the LTE coverage is running in which network spectrum. 1900mhz, 2600mhz etc.

If you just got the phone with new sim card, you may need to call 123 and ask the operator to activate the LTE setting.

Dear apple users ,

If I bought my iPhone from apple.com.my and I wanted to send into warranty ,

Which outlet should I go ? Or any premium reseller shop could help in this ?

You need to make sure your account is LTE enabled. You need to ask your CS at the Celcom Centre or call your Celcom call centre to activate it. Make sure that your Carrier settings are updated to the latest from Celcom too. Do make sure your network conectivity are set to LTE enabled too.

U need to call , I seem to have this problem every time i replace my sim with Celcom . They "forgot" to activate my LTE . Just tell CS your LTE not activated . And also , I'm sure you're on mobile data plan right ? There 's a minimum of 1G data plan to have LTE if I'm not mistaken , dont know if it still applies now

I honestly don't know. But if both function well then shouldn't be any problems.
