1) Ensure the LTE mode is on in Settings
2) Update to latest iOS.
3) update latest carrier settings. Force it by going to settings - general - about

Ultimately need to check the LTE coverage is running in which network spectrum. 1900mhz, 2600mhz etc.
*
1)LTE mode was on
2)IOS 8.2.1
3) dont know with spectrum was running in
Any thanks bro

If you just got the phone with new sim card, you may need to call 123 and ask the operator to activate the LTE setting.

U need to call , I seem to have this problem every time i replace my sim with Celcom . They "forgot" to activate my LTE . Just tell CS your LTE not activated . And also , I'm sure you're on mobile data plan right ? There 's a minimum of 1G data plan to have LTE if I'm not mistaken , dont know if it still applies now
*
Thanks bro..i am on data plan 1.8G balance.already call celcom CS they said my SIM was automaticly set to 4G LTE and the SIM was 64K.They also said no need to configure for LTE the SIM will automaticly choose the best connection that available.
was swap my phone with my digi SIM and it was running LTE.
Thinking that the problem on the SIM.will go to celcom branch tomorrow let them check
any advise from forumer is highly appreciate

Call Celcom CS and ask them to reset the network port on THEIR side. And you will get 4G.

1. Did go to celcom..and the guys simply said he make mistake by made the 3G SIM for me..what the fu...
2.Than he made a new 4G SIM.and 4G still not appear.celcom guy blur.
3. Dont want to wasting my time i am go to apple authorities seller thunder match meet one pretty girl there and she was check my phone setting all in place and ready for LTE/4G.and she advise me to call celcom technical service.
4. Call celcom technical service and they said my network still on 3G..they ask me to wait for network configuration, after 4 hours 4G appear..problems solve
Moral of the story..check throughly your SIM 3g 4g 64k??..
Never except/thrust technical explanation from CS or sales person..
iphone =realible device
So i was not regret switching from 4S to galaxy note family and turn back to iphone 6+
