I am looking for property for own stay in klang. This seems like a good option but the price is a bit high for me .... Just wondering is the properties at klang all at this pricing?

botanic condo looks like btr bet..as long as location is in btw bukit tinggi 1 n botanic, can jalan..highrise along the kesas or even worse the canary area will be hard to jalan.. gravit8 main concern is 1.1k units n many buy fr investment maybe jialat.
