Generally demand >>supply in south klang.

Even those botanic bukit tinggi landed very2 low supply of units for rent and agents get tonnes of calls for each unit. Just choose who you want. Understand fully furnished in ambang very2 high rental.

Looking forward to Remia and Trio's performance. If rented out FF, demand and price will be very strong for some sizes like gravit8 and leads. This gravit8 got new block previewing soon.

Didn't know that this area can fetch such rental prices, saw those rental units are going for about RM2psf/month. Good for the owners, many areas in subang / pj can't even get this kind of yield.

Some nicely furnished units rented out at 2.40+psf while 2.70++psf in Impiria. Unsure of whether this trend will stay with many newer condos but I was wrong on gravit8 so far.

The lake is a huge selling point for this residential and unique design shop lot but i wonder why the name gravit8? i found out it's kinda hard to pronounce or recognize. Since its huge compound if hope can consider local friendly names like tasik pendamar, pendamar lake garden, pandamaran prima, pandamaran utama or pandamaran perdana etc.

yes but hardly anyone from this area calls this place as gravit8 from mouth to mouth local community call just tasik @ jalan pendamaran/lebuhraya Pulau Indah (im from Klang btw) or they just call Kota Bayumas which is belong to another developer (by Setia I think) next to gravit8.

@.@ll hear say this project recently hand over JMB back to owner, but the finance report showed it was negatively more than 1million. So the negative amount should bond by owner or developer?

developer need to recover the funds by controlling the management operation before hands off.

Crazy high staff cost + high management fee to management operator (not developer themselves but 3rd party operator) leads to high expenses and huge outstanding from certain units leads to the deficits.

Do Gravit8 allow small breed dogs? I visited the park and was surprised it was a dog friendly park.
