I received call from Gravit8 SA & telling me that there's a private event to be held tomorrow.
Im quite interest in this development but Not sure whether this project is worth to invest? Any advise?
Plan to go that event tomorrow to discover more
Any taikos here going there tomorrow?

Went to private event last week.
Get shock when SA told me pricing around 5xxk in middle floor unit.
Really? Klang high rise project running in this price range?
Hm... With the price i prefer to puchong or equine park area lo

wah...quite a few hospitals will be built in South Klang.

This area already got the Manipal Klang Hospital, Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital etc

Perhaps the doctors and nurses coming into this area plus the LRT3 will cause the price to boom and boom...

manipal hospital first in asean will be a very big hospital with 220 bed. then got pantai klang & kpj gravit8.

Demand fr nurse n doc accomodation will b thr but minimal since the kpj is not so big..the manipal if become uni student hospital will hv strong demand for housing but not gravit8..

yes. agree. The first Asean Manipal hospital will have positive effect for the housing and commercial property demand around Bayu Tinggi and Bukit Tinggi 1 and 2 areas. Looks like this area of South Klang could have a mini health care sector and healthcare tourism boost.

Manipal (220 beds) and KPJ (200 beds) are almost the same capacity. Gravit8 have their local demand from KPJ for housing

The slides showing 2014/15 Bayu Emas Hospital will be completed but obviously they delayed, however their expansion plan announced few days ago it will open in 2018/19

Interesting to know that klang boost with health care industry.

Most people will only talk on Subang & KL areas when come hospitals and specialist those days.

some investors follows where Aeon go because they spend tremendous amount of time to research on area population growth, i guess these hospitals have their reason to invest in Klang South

I bliv hospital in south klang doing well (as with most businesses thr) & pantai also further expanding.

This gravit8 is beside new luxury development called laman greenville. Any pics/news on laman? Recall first few phase was BBB

2nd block is adria rite? Hows the take up rate as of today? Heard the unit selection day was postponed? Due to low demand? Sry .. just being straight .

Haha that's ok, I'm glad you asked The unit selection day are still remain on 16 April for our VIP Early Birds. To entitle for early birds, booking must be paid before 16 April to entitle for early bird package.

17 April will be open for general public for unit selection.

booking can be cancelled anytime rite ?
