QUOTE(dj.sars @ Sep 21 2015, 05:24 AM) just wanna ask what ssd is worth getting for SATA2 ? since its for my another mac that runs on SATA2 it's easier to just grab sata3 drives. sata3 drives are usually sata2 backward compatible.

QUOTE(NightFelix @ Sep 21 2015, 11:58 AM) lazada selling 269, shipping from overseas. local sellers selling cheapest rm319. use JOY20 code (first time use) to get rm40 off. if link via shopback, get additional cashback (6%, I think) if using Credit card with online rebate (eg cimb cash rebate gives 5% for online purchase)

Guy,I'm looking for a 120GB SSD within the budget of RM200. Saw some Kingston v300 on the cheap at Lazada.
My concern would be reliability in terms of not breaking down. Don't mind the minimal speed difference since I'm coming from Normal Sata HDD. So looking to use this 120gb SSD on my laptop storing Windows 7 and Programs. Media would be on External HDD.
Hope you guys could suggest me suitable brand within the price range.

QUOTE(DeepMemory @ Sep 23 2015, 11:44 PM) Try going for the HyperX Fury one since it is the latest model from Kingston. oh if the price of kingston fury is close to v300's price, it might be an option.
