and dont ask us how to gain weight if u dont want to gain muscle or fat or anything, just drink 10 liters of water a day and u'll be fat for that day

i started off at 70kg 7 months ago now i'm 79kg at 170. dont expect to gain weight in 1-3 months

weight gain is not really overpriced. it contains lot of carbs which is good for skinny boy who dont have time or excess to high carbs food all day. but then once a day is good enough. protein shake is essential tho. if u r rich i would recommend both. lol

no no breakfast is the 1st meal of the day. take 2-4 eggs in the morning with some peanut butter bread of variation will do good.

for me i take 2 eggs and 2 sausages. easy to prepare and easy to eat. just chew the sausage like chewing cigar in the car while on the way lol

never be happy with short term weight gain. high probability its fats and water. because we average human can only put 2lbs of dry muscle MAX in 1 month. unless u r genetically gifted like ronnie or the legendary superhuman genetic casey viator.
