got a question, can reply watapps with android wear?

cant wait for 2.0 but not sure if ZW will get it though (ZW1) i'm on the first gen one.

If you don't mind lack of heart rate sensor, no GPS, doesn't hate square watch, big bezel, than this is a fully working Android Wear with half of the price from any 2nd generation Android Wear that comes with built in speaker, AMOLED screen, and metal chrome, premium design.

Then,  Android Wear has it's own issue too, such as the watch will hang or lag in the process of connecting the watch, and the  Bluetooth connection is weaker than normal phone's bluetooth,  especially when streaming song from phone, or stream music from the watch to bluetooth speaker. If you connect the watch to other phone, the whole watch will reset, and the reboot and reinstall takes up to half hour. Don't know if this happen on other Android Wear, I observe those in ZW2.

Then, apps usage inconjuntion with the watch is still very limited, only few apps can work on the watch, and only few apps can work properly(many are still very buggy).

All in all, it is a better smartwatch out there that is most compatible with any of the Android smartphone (because it's Android Wear) that doesn't cost more than RM600 for now.

On ZW2, Whatapps most of the time don't have notification pop up (sometime have).
But Wechat 100% has notification.
Don't know if the problem is depend on the phone push (I paired with OPPO Find 7).
Maybe I should try pair with other phone.

The BT streaming I found is, if I have something block in between the device, or put the watch far away, the streaming will become choppy, no problem if put the watch very close to the paired device.
I tested with my BT home theater and BT speaker, the song stream from my phone is perfect, without any choppy or signal drop, but the one from the watch is very choppy if the distance is more than 1 meter (no such problem on smartphones, or laptop), the same happen if playing music on the watch that stream music from phone.
I experiment the stuff by covering the watch with a cloth, and confirmed the signal issue.

Disconnection also happen often, if I put my phone in the drawer, then will have disconnection. (no problem if put my phone in my pocket)

Anyone getting Pebble 2?

Oh, well, I'm still using old pebble, used pebble time for few weeks, but end up dislike the screen.
I've been thinking to get Pebbel 2 to replace old pebble. But Pebble Time 2 got up to 10 days uptime, and Pebble 2 only 7 days.
but for $169, can get decent AW already

how much pricing for pebble time 2 if coming to Malaysia

Actually, if you bought some that are not too cheap then the quality is on par with the original one. Won't get until a situation where you're seeing rust on the metal strap after a few month of usage unless you deal with a lot of mildly corrosive chemical while wearing that watch. I don't really like metal strap as it's not as flexible as silicon or leather strap where you can adjust accordingly when your wrist went up or down one size, whereas the metal strap will be either loose or tight fit unless you have the tools to DIY on adding or removing the segments. I hate it the most when the watch is hitting and grinding the pop-up bone (Ulna bone, i think) near the wrist...
And avoid leather strap if you tend to sweat a lot, i'm sticking to silicon strap now for cheap, comfortable and washable solution...

How long can a smartwatch life span last compared to kinectic machanical one? Anyone?

1.) Targeting LG Urbane W200 2nd edition because 1st  edition W150 macam not so nice. However, after researched on Soya Cincau website found they actually keep back all the stocks after sell it for 1 week.

I am lazy enough as I want to use my watch to make call and reply message while leaving my phone in car or at home when I go jogging or cycling. Also to calculate the steps I ran and heart bit rate no need to "ON" all the time as user will feel tired in the end due to sensor penetration into human body (hand/elbow's nerves). By enable two ways connected to server at the same time by two devices (mobile and smartwatch) I will still receive instant messages and incoming calls via respective sim without any skipping. Via Call Divert or Call forwarding feature from one sim to another sim.
-I love the LG Urbane W200 design and features because it is very mature and stylish...I don't like Garmin as it it too "serious" just for exercise used only. I don't like Apple watch as it is too cartoonish and I am not apple fans.
-I don't like Moto 360 as well since it is round-circle-dial design and too small & tiny for me.
-I don't like Samsung Gear S2 as well since same reason as above. (Only good match with Samsung phones.)
-I don't like Asus ZenWatch even though it is the cheapest among but don't even have A-GPS i think or heart bit rate functionalities as complaints made by other forum users. I hate also the way it charge the Zenwatch via micro-USB instead of magnetic adapter. The screen is big design seems like worth-it-buy but unfortunately not fully displayed and little bit like China fake watch. Sry to say that...
-I only like Huawei Watch with its black color bracelet very match with its round-circle-dial other than leather one but too pity that it has to be added another RM250 to top up to get the black stainless steel bracelet which is already over my budget around RM1795.

Smartwatch not only need to be stylish but also its display need to be very beautiful , elegant , stylish and trendy.

Functionalities wise very depends on individual preference. Most important thing must be COOL with the features you want it to be.

Also what for ppl expecting the smartwatch to last forever since the technology changed from time to time. That time could be 5G or 6G with whatever functions provided to something new to them. Ppl wouldn't want to stick to old gadget unless affordable isn't it? Last for >5 years better buy something branded kinetic/battery watch.
