If it has its approved fund size, they will seize for new investment and apply for expansion with the SC. Once SC approves the new fund size, then it'll open back for new investment. Usually this process takes months or even a year to complete. You can see this kind of behaviour on old PM funds. Some PM funds are still closed for new cash investment.

I might be wrong
