Yup, it is a type A, intermediate lot. About 656psf. I took the 18th floor

M surprise to c u agree on RM656 psf for your unit @ 915sf which equals to RM600k

No typo error there. It is for the side which faces the swimming pool. According to the agent, that side has a price increase for each floor whereas the side which faces the carpark and the old condo next door is fixed price from top to bottom. That side is almost all sold out as I was told. Even the corner units which have a nicer layout have all been sold out because of the flat price plan for that side of the block.

Yup. From DTZ. I wanted the corner lot (which allow for a walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom) but the corner lots at the side with the flat pricing have all been taken up. Ah, yes. The units facing Alam Prima are all flat priced (at about RM428k I think) but the car parks from the 12th floor upwards are all one indoor and the other outdoor. Exception is 18th floor which has both carparks indoors.

I presume the Agent offered u 9% rebate plus various incentives ranging from 1st 12 mths RMxk n 2nd 12 mths RMxk?

Something like that. Can't remember the details off hand though but the offer was quite good. Which floor did your friend get? Did your friend manage to get a corner lot?

Well pool view is good..
No wonder got price difference when increase each floor..
If given choice, I would pick pool view than the other view..
