Quite many condo/apmnt here like mk, but got uni, aeon, giant m tesco nearby nt too bad

My former project that I was involved when employed by developer.

sorry this is place is NOTHING like Mk.

There are a 9 of mid low end/mid end apartments with many mid low end tenants. No proper retail shops tht r even doing OK. AEON, giant, tesco, MSU are NOT walkable aka need more than 7mins drive w/out traffic.

Any comment regarding this project? Looking to buy for own stay.

Drive there and see the site yourself.
Remember to look right and left as you drive in.

Haha of course can't compare with mk, maybe a lower end version of mk.

Baddddd location

1. Left: Carslberg factory (pollution: thick white smoke released at 4-6 PM everyday)
2. South: biggest nirvana memorial park(enjoy greenery cemetery view)
3. Surrounded by the river that floods each time it rains for god sake (try google it)
4. Bad access road (cars park at road side)and surrounded by low cost houses
5. Next to busy elite highway

Hi all. I am owner for Alam Idaman. Service apartment located next to The Green. I have a unit 926sf, 3 rooms 2 bathrooms, basic with two car parks (not tandem). Pool view and unblocked view. Currently tenanted. I am letting go my unit at RM380K. Any serious buyer can pm me for viewing. Cheers.

never smell it too because I don't stay around the place often.

at least its not rubber burning smoke......

I used to visit my relatives in sg way...opposite guiness stout....every evening got free stout smell......not bad

maybe one day I should visit the place.

Around 482k after all the rebates for the 915sqft

The pricing is quite okay, alot of ppl buy this area for own stay. High floor , facing pool? Have you booked? Do u know thid area is easy to look for tenant?

Just need to check with u, is it easy to get tenant in this area? How long for u after vp, that you get ur tenant? Is the appreciation gd in this area? Sorry to ask u so many questons.
