. As long as don directly face d cementry then shod be ok given that the price range is acceptable. I am planning to visit d showroom next week n anyone know how is d sales progress.

My bro went last week for the showroom
Price after discount is 490-500k at 8th or 9th floor .
2 car park.
He told me is a nice place.
But too bad my parents pantang bout the cemetery .
Its a good price though .

I’ve cancel my booking last week, gonna wait for 4-6 weeks to get back my PARTIAL refund. Quite worry if I will get it back or not.

Feel like being cheated.
Because majority surrounded buildings are actually from the same developer. By looking at the quality of these projects, I really doubt if the current project (The Greens) will be as good as what they had advertised.
Btw, they still haven't refund my money!!! vmad.gif
I wonder if they will keep their promise for the package they offered where developer will bank in money to the buyer monthly. Since refunding my money also need to take 1 month to process.

In any organization, there are SOPs in regards to handling of finance, whereby up to a certain value (eg RM3000) can be handled by using the "Petty Cash" account. This means they can directly pay you back. Any amount more than that, have to go thru accounts. That's why the 4-6 weeks duration. Monthly accounting, issue of cheque for payback, etc takes that long. Getting your refund the following month is "normal". What is not normal is getting it in 2 months or more.

So, as long as you have a receipt or acknowledgement from developer, you shouldn't be too worried about it.

It is also premature to judge the developer's ability to bank-in money monthly to buyer based on this experience.

Yes. Take Persiaran Teknologi Subang --> Persiaran Tujuan --> NPE. You end up at SS15.
It's a long winded way. And jam during peak hours.

The other way is through Glenmarie. It is more seamless to take the Glenmarie route when going from Subang Jaya to Batu 3 then the other way around.

Alternatively, You can take Elite + Kesas (link to SS14) which costs 50 cents one way.
