Cemetery or not no problem. When price is cheap enough surely got ppl interested.

Anyway, attracted few bidders today.
Unit sold at 404k.
Slightly higher than last round price.
Last round at 400k nobody interested. Bank straight drop price 20%.

I think this unit come with additional terrace area. Total size 1184sqft.
That's why got people grab at higher price.

This place definitely is the top lelong property for the year 2023.

So the original price was under 500k when it launched then they mark it up to over 600k with GRR. Did the banks and valuers not notice this anomaly and query?

I dont think got GRR on offer over here.

Siapa can do dissertation and case study on why this failed? These are all invaluable lessons for people to refrain from making the same mistake. Completely not familiar with the area.
