Already can see the Ecohill link structure clearly..

The Lekas Semenyih Toll seems just merely 800 - 900 meter away from the border of Arroyo unit...

After this, I think from the 2-tier roundabout to the Lekas Semenyih toll only need less than 2 minutes... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

The shoplot plots at the entrance of SEH is the most strategic commercial area among all.

It is located almost at the center of every projects - Pelangi Semenyih 1, Bandar Rinching, Pelangi Semenyih 2, Bandar Tasik Kesuma, Setia Ecohill, EcoMajestic, Ascotte Boulevard, LMarq, Parkland@Rinching etc...

Plus everyday there will be uncounted number of vehicles shall pass through the shoplot via the Ecohill link... Huge impact of free marketing..

If anyone can buy a shoplot in this plot, I would say you will definitely Huat Huat Huat ah.... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

If really want to experience the old chinese coffee shop, I would suggest go to the Broga, yeah abit further (10- 15 minutes drive), but that's the true nostalgic chinese coffee shops..

I don;t mind whether they will move or not, because I knew that there will be always many other options nearby. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

I think the plot is reserved for masjid only, not very sure it will be used to build the masjid, since there is already one near to Bandar Rinching Section 2 (near to Tiara South), and another one in the police camp near to Tesco Semenyih.

Trust me, my old house used to have a nice mosque nearby. First few weeks, it sure can wake the living dead when the speaker went full blast in the wee hours. After that, somehow, my body got used to it, and I can't even hear it tongue.gif

I do agree, the muslim folks love their home to be near the mosque coz I sold mine to a malay family.

I presume DSL in SEH is individual title without any DMC, so don't think the external renovation need to get the approval from SP Setia, from MPKJ if involve extension is a must though..

TKJ, the land at the side normally for garden and landscape nia, some more don't think have an appropriate driveway to it loh.

What I mention here would be if there are more than 2 cars, perhaps need to park in tandem manner (along the driveway) with those in car porch. So if this utility meter chamber is not at the side, then sure kacau jor mah... tongue.gif
