I think Rimbayu is nearer to Kota Kemuning and Puchong while SEH is nearer to Kajang and Cheras.. The different would be KK and Puchong is still relatively "new" area while Kajang and Cheras already stepping into "matured stages"..

hehehe... by looking at the jam in Semenyih today, I think in less than 5 years maybe we already can see the shadow of Setia Alam here...

I think now we all waiting excitedly about the Ecohill link.. Once it is up, it will give a total different perception for the people who visit SEH / EM..

Yeah, AEON and EKVE are a strong boost for Semenyih if they can be realized...

I think Jalan Semenyih currently already hopeless.. too many traffic lights, too many junctions. In addition, there will be no space for enlargement already. Perhaps some portion can still be enlarged, but majority already reach edges of the shops, no more space for improvement.

Indeed, when the Ecohill link is ready, I also really hope either SEH / EM can have a big superstar concert again, people will definitely realized the changes thereafter.. Huge marketing impact...

When the shoplots in the Ecohill fully operation, I think no need go to Semenyih Central for such matter already..

But to avoid toll is yes, perhaps can waze first to choose the best way. Nevertheless, even there is no jam, but with so many traffic lights along the road, not sure if it is really a good choice (in terms of petrol consumption) to travel though Jalan Semenyih even it is only normal traffic and not very jam...

Hehehe.. no worry, beside Ecohill link, there is also third alternative - EM/SEH 2 Lekas interchange. You still can go to the highway through this interchange. Just a bit more toll loh..

Nevertheless, if two lanes Ecohill link without any traffic light still can be jammed up, most likely it means Semenyih already another Puchong...

Lekas Semenyih toll maybe will jam up coz currently only have 5 lanes, 3 cash/TnG lanes, 1 TnG and 1 smart tag... Maybe there is a need to extension in future..

This is very true... Most of the time time this will be the case.. Bandar Baru Bangi is very successful example.. BBB much more ong than the current Bangi...

Actually, to go to the Semenyih central, beside Jalan Semenyih, also can choose Jalan Bangi Lama as well. Ecohill link will be connected to Jalan Bangi Lama too.. Distance wise maybe a bit longer, but at least there is alternative route as well..

By the way, opposite of Ecohill, bandar rinching most likely will still have many old kopitiam as well..

There are a few mamak shops in the Pelangi Semenyih commercial area (beside Tesco) as well.. If only for a roti canai, not really need to go to the Semenyih central too...

There are many old chinese coffee shop near to the Semenyih wet market.. But dun expect got aircon lah...

lol... going up to the PARC to sweat is okay, but sambil makan sambil sweat... not very comfy lah...

Not very sure leh... I heard the Arroyo garden will be handed first?

It seems like google map already partially updated the image on SEH presint 3...
