In this respect, the Government has confirmed the Effective Date for the Concession of the East Klang Valley Expressway (“Expressway”) to be on 12 February 2015. With this confirmation, EKVE will commence physical works on the Expressway with immediate effect.

4 years from now, Semenyih folks perhaps no need to pass through Cheras going to KL, can use EKVE directly to Ampang, and SUKE from Ampang to KL....

If reference to the KIDEX cases, I presume Azmin needs the following 5 items from the consessionaire:

1.) Traffic impact assessment report
2.) Social-economy impact assessement report
3.) Environmental impact assessment report
4.) Table illustration the rate and possible adjustment during the consession period
5.) Full consession agreement.

Item (1) - (3) actually already answered (or partially) in the DEIA report which is available to the public.

Item (4) and (5) should be ready long time ago when AZ won the project. It depends now if AZ would like to reveal it.

Looking at the current Cheras congestion, I presume it is crucial to have alternative road for the Kajang/Semenyih/ Southern region folks to commute in and out from KL city center.

SEH only revealed 30-40% of the whole landscape.. I presume it will be a superb oriental park with fascinating scenary after 100% completion.. Looking towards on this..

It's very great to see both SEH and EM are putting numerous efforts into the township, to make sure they will be a great success in future...

But one thing for sure is this landscape is within the fencing area of presint 3, should be easier to be maintained compared to the swan lake that is outside the fencing area..

Indeed.. Since when Tan Sri left, so many people speculate SEH shall be in great danger due the staff exodus incident.

I have been following the SEH project ways before its launching till now and I have looked at the progress of the project post tan sri period from 3 main aspects:

1.) Progress of the ecohill link
2.) Progress of the houses
3.) Progress of the landscape

None of them are facing serious delay and progress look superb everytime I visit the PARC.

Apparently people just like to speculate since they no need to be responsible on what they speculate..

As a matter of fact, as I mentioned long long time ago, even Tan Sri himself also keen to make sure SEH shall be a success, since EM and SEH shall be depending on each other, grow together and prosperous together.

SEH 2 shall be relied heavily on the success of SEH 1 and EM is the first EW landed project in KV. Both SPS and EW shall work very hard to ensure their success since these two township projects just too important for them.

There will be a total more than 500 houses in presint 3...

If there is a public park, by right it is not supposed to be fenced up..

Anyway, I presume SPS will handle this lake as like those in Eco Park..

If you refer to the website or any published material of Tiara South, you will see that they never mention clearly about the connection to Ecohill Lekas link. Even in their masterplan, they also never indicate clearly about the connection to Lekas Ecohill link.

In addition, if not mistaken the land of Tiara South is at elevated if compared to the Ecohill Lekas link, the houses have been built till very close to the "edge" of the Ecohill link and wondering whether is it still feasible to build a connecting road there, as it will look like a slope, unless TS plan to flatten the land.

I have a feeling Tiara South is connected to Ecohill link from the other side - from bandar rinching seksyen 3 till the SEH roundabout - The Wind.. I maybe wrong though, but let's wait another 4 months then we will know what's the outcome..

Even there is a connection to the Tiara South, I presume MPKJ only will allow "one way traffic", means either go in or come out in same direction, don't think will cause serious jam. Ecohill link would be something similar to expressway, don't think a traffic light is allowed to build up there..

As I said, 4 months from now we will see if there is a connection from Tiara South..

I just feel surprise Tiara South never mention about the direct connection to Ecohill Lekas Link in any of their published marketing material...

This is a good selling point, why they never put in...

There is already a connecting road from tiara south to the roundabout "The Wind" via bandar rinching seksyen 3.. So, Tiara South don't need to apply anything if using this road.

If they need to open a connection directly to Ecohill link, then a lot of issue will arise. As a matter of fact, it only benefit the TS resident when they back to their house (direct go in), if they want go to KL, would need to follow the path go to the 2-tier roundabout link and U-turn as well...

Don't think Tiara South shall build an interchange, the cost maybe eat up all their profits. Tiara South is not a big project like Ecomajestic..

Nevertheless, let's see how it goes in 4 months time.. Heard the first VP in June/July is for arroyo garden, not too sure though..

Yeah, very nice landscape indeed.. beyond than expectation.. More importantly, SPS only reveal 30 -40% of the total landscape.. Once the whole landscape and the park is up, should be a very fascinating and beautiful garden that matching or even better than Setia Ecopark...
