Samanea 1 on the right and Samanea 2 on the left, seems like Samanea 2 progress is faster?Β  hmm.gif

Samanea dont have end lot with 15 feet? In between both looks so small...

*just look back at the master plan and suprisingly both end lot are not separated. There is no small in between.... No wonder it looks small

Yeah, 10 feet each, so 20 feet in total I presume... Yeah, no parking, less traffic and avoid any outsider jump in from the side...

Whole row about 15 houses, opening a road in between seems really not necessary..

Yeah...It was nice. Like following tour. Hahaha. Even got firecracker session. Suprisingly it is pretty windy at the lake. Those tralas owners at the oriental garden will have a good view. The space to the lake is pretty good. Will be nice to chill out in the evening.

I must says, I am impress with sp setia and have no regret buying their property. Their team and the way they runs thing are top notch.

Hi Fan gor, I am impress as well. Tralas really will hv a nice evening at the back.. Too bad cant afford to purchase 1 in P2 and P3. Overall was good and the ecolink is fantastic. Once is open, it will be just about 3KM+ from my unit in P1 smile.gif

They really know how to take care of the visitors. Prepared drinks, food and umbrella. Also, got transportation for older citizen and for those that cant walk/take the heat.
