This is really a very good news!

Question: inside the F&G area is deemed as public area?
If there is no fence, does it change the fact whether it is public or non-public area? If it does why setting up a fence would make such a change?

True, most of the time the guard just bar the entry but in actual fact the public can go in. Well the guard won't know legally whether the public has such rights or not.

Well no friends in the gated area but may want to go in to have a look at the landscape and amenities, the house design, whether got banner for sales etc. Seriously, I did it.

- In press conference after the company’s (SP Setia) annual general meeting today (26/3), acting president and CEO Khor Chap Jen said the company’s board is meeting next month to decide on the succession issue.
- Despite the uncertainties over SP Setia since Liew’s departure, projects are still moving on track and launches are being carried out as scheduled.
- SP Setia Bhd expects sales to pick up in the second half of the year after a sluggish start.
- On the high staff attrition and turnover rate, Khor said despite the perceived notion, staff count had actually increased. “Two years ago our staff strength was 1,570 while it is at 1,820 personnel now,” he said.
- Khor also said SP Setia was targeting RM4.6bil in sales for the current financial year ending Oct 31, 2015, and that it had already achieved RM1.2bil until February. The sales would be derived locally (60%) and overseas (40%). The local focus would be centered on three key major areas of Penang, the Klang Valley and Johor
-For 2015, he said S P Setia will be selective in its product offering, focusing more on landed products priced RM800,000 and below.

Any details on the dimension snd built up?

Noted this is the dimension for Grandlis. The other two also having the same dimension?

I see... based on earlier discussion, the smaller unit (23.6x76) has built-up of 2389sf.
