Congrats for your purchase.
Suggest that you try at least 4 banks so that you have better options to choose. Suggest also that before you proceed just verbally / email check with them roughly the best rate that they can offer and the product features / constraint so you don't need to waste time and the documents if you upfront already know that's not the offer that you will consider.

Yup if loan drawdown is RMx and you put RMx in the flexi loan account, no interest needs to be paid during the interest serving period.

Btw, if one is confident to earn higher return than the interest saving with the same capital probably that flexi account is just for contingency use.

Soli, it's 54 units sold, 2 4-storey corner units (50'×75') of RM3.7M unsold. Only for biz associates and staff, existing buyers don't even have chance.

Intermediate are 3 storeys except for corner with 4 storeys. Try to max profit with 3 storeys tongue.gif
I think 2 storeys should be enough, upper levels mostly left vacant / with low rental.
