TKJ, P2 so far only have arroyo garden, land only, sure dun have timber flooring lah.. Club house not sure..

One more additional park call fragrance garden shall in in grandlis as well, not sure how is it, but should be something nice as well..

Bartonia already considered as phase 2. The issue of Bartonia close to Aparment and surau is still not fully resolved. I think purchase shall be more careful in this context. As a matter of fact, if want to have direct comparison, 20 x 70 phase 1 Angusta is RM 468k compare to Bagonia 20 x 70 598k...

It will take time for fill up for sure..

The busiest roundabout would be the 2-tier roundabout that near to the Welcome center... Since it is 2 tier with a connecting road beneath it, even during the peak hour, should be able to cope.. Cars only will come from 2 directions (Persiaran Ecohill Timur and Barat), so I dun think there will be a serious jammed up issue during the peak hour..

The more concern part should be the Semenyih Lekas toll... Currently outbound only have 4 lanes (2 cash + tng, 1 tng, 1 Smart tag)...

According to the studies, the transaction time for cash payment is 15 seconds per vehicle, Touch ’n Go is six seconds, and SmartTAG only three seconds.

That's mean the toll booth only can handle around max 40 cars per minute at the most optimum condition, if 1000 cars passby during peak hour at the same time, that will take 20 ++ minutes.. This also based on most optimum condition, and in busy highway toll, we always can see cash lanes always jammed up and may block the road..

Lol... that's not Tiara South link... that's just an entry / exit point to Tiara South.. I just curious if Kueen Lei willing to spend this money..

The only place that can jam up would be at the traffic light when the cars want to move out from the Ecohill link (persiaran Ecohill timur).

The roundabout to the traffic light is about 300m, dual lanes. Let say each car occupy 5 meter length, it will takes about 100 cars to stop there waiting for the traffic light before it jam up the roundabout..

I presume it is unlikely, since I think SPS do install a smart monitoring system on this traffic light..

Tiara South including highrise if not mistaken consists of 500 units.. I presume Ecohill link still manageable but it will indeed increase the pressure of traffic.

I think SEH residents should unite and object this. They should use the current connecting road that pass through the masjid bandar rinching..

Well, hopefully Lekas will install this system by then.

Public of course can use the Ecohill link, Tiara South resident also can use it of course.

However, the main function of Ecohill link is to ease the traffic in Semenyih town, if opening this entry/exit point shall incur traffic jam at the 2-tier roundabout, how this could be justified?

Tiara South resident still can use the Ecohill link via the current connecting road which pass through Masjid Bandar Rinching, if opening an exit point there, car still need come to the 2-tier roundabout for U-turning as well..

I think MPKJ should justify the application acordingly as Ecohill link is meant for all the Semenyih residents, not only for Tiara South resident's convenience only.

Uncle, till now the super ulu Jade Hill still dun have also woh.. We wait super ulu install first, then only our turn.. Super ulu place need it more loh, 2.5 hours reaching Tun Razak embassy, kesian loh..

Whether Kueen Lei willing to spend money for such infra or not, still questionable leh..

Don't think it is a small scale of work, as it involves opening an entry / exit in an expressway.. Semenyih is already having the traffic congestion for many years already till MPKJ also surrender and not doing any road extension anymore..

Ecohill link is a "savior" in this context and any changes on it will give a great impact to the traffic flow in future..

For the time being, 2-tier roundabout only receive heavy traffic from 2 sides, if cars are coming directly from Tiara South with the intention to make U-turn, sure give impac to the traffic flow in future..
