In my recent visit to TS, one of the selling points the SA brought up is the access road connecting SEH... Seems that TS treats it as sure to happen.

Last I understood was RM280, right? Up to 300 ah? Hopefully, these kind of projects will also be exempted from GST as what was announced for high rise building maintenance fee.

Yes, when I was at TS show unit last year, the TS SA also said the same thing, TS has direct link to SEH, right after proposed toll plaza is TS already.

Dun think the tiara south developer got the capabiliy to get approval and bear the cost to built the road to this highway link...

For the premium TS are charging, it won't cost them much to connect the road to link EH road.

Don't forget it is not a private road and thus, most likely mpkj will approve the linkage.

Opening up another road to connect to EcoHill link will definitely cause traffic jam. I really dont want to see that happening. The link now is kinda perfect coz is without any traffic light and well designed exit to precinct 1, 2, and also EcoMajestic...

Maybe they free provide land for build the link.

From the outside, the first 2 row of Angusta looks like completed... I did asked 1 of the staff (that guy Mr Koh said he contributed to the botanical landscaping in precinct 2 and 3) and according to him delivery will be by stages. I got a feeling that Pallida and Angusta going to be the first 2 to deliver by June

What is the price of A1, A2 and A3?

If you refer to the website or any published material of Tiara South, you will see that they never mention clearly about the connection to Ecohill Lekas link. Even in their masterplan, they also never indicate clearly about the connection to Lekas Ecohill link.

In addition, if not mistaken the land of Tiara South is at elevated if compared to the Ecohill Lekas link, the houses have been built till very close to the "edge" of the Ecohill link and wondering whether is it still feasible to build a connecting road there, as it will look like a slope, unless TS plan to flatten the land.

I have a feeling Tiara South is connected to Ecohill link from the other side - from bandar rinching seksyen 3 till the SEH roundabout - The Wind.. I maybe wrong though, but let's wait another 4 months then we will know what's the outcome..

Even there is a connection to the Tiara South, I presume MPKJ only will allow "one way traffic", means either go in or come out in same direction, don't think will cause serious jam. Ecohill link would be something similar to expressway, don't think a traffic light is allowed to build up there..

I hope is true. I think all of us know that with the extra acc ss it will slowdown the traffic in deep. Many of the traffic jam places happen due to exit (especially with traffic light).

As I said, 4 months from now we will see if there is a connection from Tiara South..

I just feel surprise Tiara South never mention about the direct connection to Ecohill Lekas Link in any of their published marketing material...

This is a good selling point, why they never put in...

I think the best way will be tiara south using the exists at the wind to connect to ecohill link since SEH has already built the entrance there and they only need to apply from MPKJ to open the entrance from bandar rinching to SEH. If direct open at ecohill link like wat good view height done at silk highway, it is quite dangerous for those car coming out from tiara south too.
Their marketing material did not mention it but their SA did tell me that tiara south going to built a road link to ecohill link.

There is already a connecting road from tiara south to the roundabout "The Wind" via bandar rinching seksyen 3.. So, Tiara South don't need to apply anything if using this road.

If they need to open a connection directly to Ecohill link, then a lot of issue will arise. As a matter of fact, it only benefit the TS resident when they back to their house (direct go in), if they want go to KL, would need to follow the path go to the 2-tier roundabout link and U-turn as well...

Unless tiara south would like to built new interchange btw tiara south & ecolink then it is ok for them to open the road. But it is quite costly if tiara south want to do so.

one example Kajang - Semenyih by pass also easy interchange.

Don't think Tiara South shall build an interchange, the cost maybe eat up all their profits. Tiara South is not a big project like Ecomajestic..

Nevertheless, let's see how it goes in 4 months time.. Heard the first VP in June/July is for arroyo garden, not too sure though..
