I came in my pants. OMG the episodes were awesome. I think i'm so used to seeing Lelouch win that I got abit disappointed that the whole thing might end up in flames due to the unexpected meddlings of V.V. Strangely though I thought that C.C knows who V.V is. So maybe she wasn't chatting telepathically with him in that submarine?

C.C's affectionate scene made me melt. A "tsundere" moment perhaps? laugh.gif

The battlefield chaos was expected...since Zero IS the central figure for the Black Knights so his absense would make them lose their morale. It would be the same for the Britanian forces if they knew Cornelia was badly injured and may die. But they are better trained as soldiers and the chain of command is still intact whereas Lelouch's "militia" all depend on Zero for orders. Toudou can't do much in this circumstance since Zero never revealed the whole grand plan to his peers.

LOL Orange-kun with his "alter-powers" appear.

Cornelia vs C.C fight was a sight to behold. Poor Dalton.

Viletta....how did she regain her memory? Not important i guess since her amnesia is not geass related, but was due to trauma during her last battle with Zero.

Man if the Gawain's Hardron cannon is so hax at destroying all the air targets, he should've just used it to clear a path for the ground forces while he's at it.

Lady Marianne herself ordered the dismissal of the guard. She was geassed by daddy Britannia? C.C knows something definately, and she's probably the indirect cause of her death that's why she's not telling Lelouch yet.

What role does Shirley play in all this? She definately knows and is convinced on who Zero is now. But she's still protecting him.

THE cliffhanger. Well I expected it, but not too bothered by it since its like a cocktease. The longer you hold your orgasm , the better it'll feel when its finally out right? laugh.gif

Possible outcomes of cliffhanger:

1.) Both of them get shot, though not fatally.
2.) Karen shoots either of them
3.) Nunally gets shot by both of them due to V.V teleportation power. Nobody knows his agenda yet. They both become emo and call a truce to go against him.
4.) They both can't shoot each other. Tears are shed. Goro-style yaoi ensues.
5.) Some other deus ex machina character appears and both bullets miss their mark.
6.) Suzaku doesn't want Nunally to be involved in this, so agrees to search for her before shooting Suzaku (cuz of heartbeat bomb on Lelouch...lol)
7.) Nunally hates her nii-san after knowing the truth. Lelouch becomes emo/mad.

And as for how the story will continue after this, interesting isn't it? It might have a time jump ala Gurren Lagann? Both Suzaku and Lelouch go missing for a couple of years. The world is in total war due to insurgents popping up everywhere backed by the Republic of China. Definately no more yay yay happy school days for Lelouch and Suzaku, that's for sure.

Apparently according to official website, the rumour of an October release of season 2 is denied to be true and the next format be it TV series, OVA or movie isn't even confirmed by the staff yet. unsure.gif

Sigh....looks like another long wait, guys.

You're talkingbout Shirley tongue.gif Anyway, the geass' power isn't absolute. Euphie was able to resist it when she tried to kill Suzaku, and (I assume) Dalton stopped attacking Cornelia for the same reason. Shirley has already read the letter she wrote so she knows something is wrong, and I think its slowly making her remember.

I don't think Shirley would recall back about what happened in the past. Look at Euphie, she tried to resist but it was futile. It only lasted for a few seconds then the geass took over her. The only thing that Shirley has now is the fact that Zero is Lelouch based on the letter that she wrote prior to getting geass-ed.

About the Darlton scene, he already stabbed Cornelia's Knightmare and that was the end of his command. He had already fulfilled his command given by Lelouch and the powers wear off not because he resisted. He didn't have enough time to pull himself together and Zero killed him with the Hadron Cannon.

One thing that surprises me though is that I find it very weird that Lelouch and Schnisel are quite composed and aggresive when a war comes compared to their eldest brother. The scene in the meeting room made me think that the eldest brother is some sort of coward or wimp or something. Anyone got the same feeling? Maybe it's just me.

Viletta saw the unmasked Lelouch....but Shirley shot her. Viletta lost her memory as a result of that shot. Not a geass.

Shirley won't recall her memories but based on the letter she wrote, she put 2 and 2 together and knows who Lelouch is.

Well not everyone is expected to be a warmonger right? I think the eldest brother is more of a politician/diplomat rather than a general.

You have a point there but then he kinda doesn't fit in with the other siblings that appeared in the series like Cornelia, Schnisel, Lelouch and of course Euphie.

suzaku will not shoot Lelouch because of the Geass of "You must live" that Lelouch apply to him earlier...because if he shoot Lelouch, he will also die due to the bomb at Lelouch's body.....

Just consider it like 52 episode Eureka 7 but with breaks in between. The animation has been consistent throughout 25 episodes so far unlike E7 so i guess this is a good way to go, and it keeps the hype boiling and fresh in everybody's mind. Marketing genius plan i'd say.
