Visited the sales gallery yesterday, Their Phase 2 Design is "Melaka" theme. I was very disappointed when the sales person show me the layout and design. They even showcase their "Tiles" in the sales gallery. PERSONALLY, i find it not appealing / rather disappointed if u compare to phase 1.

The Overall PSF is increased slighly (not much). Phase 2 is right beside the Low Cost Rumah Selangorku (another let down). However, if you like lake view, this phase 2 might be your choice as some of the houses are built right beside the lake.

Other than the lake view, i find it nothing impressive from reputable developer SP SETIA. Perhaps the departure of Tan Sri Liew and his team really hit SP SETIA hard.

I have booked a terrace unit last week during their soft launch. Personally me and my parents like this 'old' design. Asthetic is not a big deal to us. We more concern on surrounding environment, security, access. I didnt manage to grab a unit during phase 1 launch but this time i manage to grab one..

And they flooding the market wit these flats, many unsold, fear massive mortgage default in the near future

So be smart and always cek whrre they building these oug parklanes version 23456789 when u buying yur landed units

Ph 1 is going to VP in coming Jun-19. Any ideas of the environment there and also the secondary market? Please share. Tq.

I am anyone has seem the environment there? I knew that the external road has widen from 2 lanes to 4 lanes.

So far not see anyone has share the photos.

Yes u can try search any property website, some agent uploaded latest pictures there, quite tempting huge road frontage & western feel with semi red bricks design on it. ( for me only )

I'm 1 of the phase 1 buyer there. heard there its some other buyer not happy with some main road widening, VP & new bridge crossing project delayed. and they form up few dozen ppl to meet up with SP few day ago.

Planning to get a semi-D unit for Amantara (Balinese) style unit. Anyone care to share hows the SP Setia Referral rebate work ?

Also, compare this to Gamuda Garden Jovita Semi -D, location wise, traveling time to KLCC area, using Jalan rawang/jalan ipoh compare to NSH which will be better ?

If travelering time to klcc is your concern, should buy in Taman u thant.
