Planning to get a semi-D unit for Amantara (Balinese) style unit. Anyone care to share hows the SP Setia Referral rebate work ?

Also, compare this to Gamuda Garden Jovita Semi -D, location wise, traveling time to KLCC area, using Jalan rawang/jalan ipoh compare to NSH which will be better ?

Haha that will be fine to me coz every twice a week im going back to sitiawan so quite familiar with the road. The other plus point of Gamuda garden is when WCE completed its only 140-150km from Gamuda to stw exit which is a plus point to me.

But im struggling to find the trustable morning/evening commute time from Gamuda and Eco templer to KLCC area.

Do you all think the google map statistic can be trusted ?

Township planning, workmanship and the products are really good no doubt. The only drawback is the road access to city center which mean the location is less desirable. But again you get to enjoy the natural breeze from the surrounding forest.
