No specific area to describe as a KV.. The area will expand from time to time, but still refer to Sg Klang catchment area.

Visited last weekend, getting info from SA & Lawyer, So far no buyer withdraw from signing SPA. And waiting list about 200ppl now. Eco Templer here selling follow 10:90 scheme. So if no 1 withdraw maybe had to wait till 2-3yrs after VP. maybe someone will withdraw due to 90% payment. And SP will forfeited 10% down payment, which i don't thing it will happen.

If buyer from Rawang & Selayang ppl, to go work at KL no need highlight them! Coz they sure know this situation. Unless u change ur work office area to north side lol, working at KL area sure jam only see who jam less than other ?

Property i think It's hard to compare A to A. Different area different selling points & weakness, no 100% perfect. there must be something attract u to buy those thing that other ppl dun see it or agree on u sometime? Cheer to all buyer lol
