The clubhouse is owned by all the residents and maintained by your own fund. Sure everything will run down if everyone just want to pay minimum maintenance fee.

I really don't mind pay a little bit more on maintenance fee to keep the place to be decent enough instead of pay little maintenance fee but like live in a ghost town after few year

Fair enough. Then you can choose not subscribe to the club house but you still need to pay the RM300+ maintenance fee to keep your neighborhood well-maintained.
