For non HDA product, SPA always pro to developer side. And for this case, as usual, developer is not liable for any delay in the issuance of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC)...

Non schedule spa is not governed by hda and its non standard. Developers can draft the spa to their advantages and nothing u can do.

Therefore, VP wont be so soon since progress is so slow...

As mentioned by some of the members here whereby under non-schedule SPA, the developer can declare VP like any time as they wish?

I am not sure since this is my 1st commercial property, signed SPA since 2014 Apr and till now no sign of completion....

Let's hope HH will obey agreement on delayed VP and compensate 10% LAD.

HH is taking it's sweet time to complete this project....

Dont know it's sweet time or hard time to complete this project la....they way I see is HH is really pokai until they need to charge the last 5% progressive payment so early with so called "practically completed"

I went over there last two weeks ago, I saw the external paintings are almost done, and they installing the decorative fittings outside AP. Shouldn't be too long more to go?

By now, I'll expect all the paintings to be completed.

Unfortunately I didn't take pic.. would be good if others can share some current pictures?

Just called in to HH office, they are expecting to vp by end of sept / oct. BTW my unit due date of VP shuld be sep 2017. Hopefully they will compensate the LAD according to SnP. Anyone here entitled for the DISS, shall i continue to receive the DISS till VP or stop it according to SnP date, then LAD kick in. Pls advise. TQ
