I went over there last two weeks ago, I saw the external paintings are almost done, and they installing the decorative fittings outside AP. Shouldn't be too long more to go?

It's still a nice development right, despite the late delivery, I think the project is still a very good one, due to its premium location next to Pav Bkt Jalil, the appreciation value should b vv good moving on.

Entrance to SOVO not much workers active from what I can saw outside... just a few doing touch up work here and there.
Actually, location wise it's really is a good spot, just wondering if Aurora Place, the marketing/property rental side, can they get the businesses to move in.. Maybe they should outsource the building occupancy to companies like knight frank etc that can pull businesses in, rather than to try rent out on their own. I saw there's a couple of signboards posted up, asking people to call for rental/sales of units. Just wondering if HH themselves can do a good job of marketing Aurora Place...
