Just called in to HH office, they are expecting to vp by end of sept / oct. BTW my unit due date of VP shuld be sep 2017. Hopefully they will compensate the LAD according to SnP. Anyone here entitled for the DISS, shall i continue to receive the DISS till VP or stop it according to SnP date, then LAD kick in. Pls advise. TQ

Call to HH today, confirmed by them that my unit not ready due to high floor unit. So far sent out 100+ VP letter.

1. Due to commercial project not under Schedule H, developer is allowed to VP the unit w/o CCC. (empire dsara - my friend kena n need to wait for 6months)

2. LAD claim- submit the letter during key collection. make sure get thier acknowledgement. If they are steady, shuld prepare the cheque ready. I dont mind to discount some amount to them.

3. Maintenance fee -collect 6 mths (afraid will songlap after handover to new JMB)

Owners , pls gather and fight, we are under New Goverment already.

i am okay as long as can prove the owner will do to make sure the group is clean fr developer/agent.

possible can fetch better rate if the both malls are well-managed with established anchor tenants
