I just bought a unit there. I think can try here. Since maybe these 2 or 3 years the property market is not good and the buyer will not pay for the installment (instead interest charged). Then when the property completed (2019), that time maybe property market started to run again. What you guys think?

local mistress or china/ vietnam mistress also prefer stay in soho,
privacy is the most importent, that is already prove that soho/sovo.... have their own market, that might grow bigger and bigger later since now a day i have a few friend which don't want to married any more, this kind of small house more easy to manage I belive this group of ppl will grow more in next 10-20 years |
