nothing wrong with renting a room, whole studio or 3 bedrooms aparment. Basically catered for different target market. Just like some people they choose to stay in airbnb, backpackers hostel or 3 or 5 star hotel.

True that, but the demand of this target market is limited right? as compared with the intense supply readily available to absorb such market.

No bashing this product or anything. Just wanna identify with the entry point of people investing in such product. As I am a skeptic rclxub.gif who has bought a 350sf studio at Pinnacle PJ at similar entry cost with REVO.

I know alot of people will quote ED, but entry cost of ED 160k-180k cant be compared to this.

That is the beauty of investment. Each of us have investment criterias and risk/gain profile.

Some look at half full glass some look at half empty glass.

If you are skeptical, move on and look for investment that meet your criterias.

I just bought a unit there. I think can try here. Since maybe these 2 or 3 years the property market is not good and the buyer will not pay for the installment (instead interest charged). Then when the property completed (2019), that time maybe property market started to run again. What you guys think?

local mistress or china/ vietnam mistress also prefer stay in soho,
privacy is the most importent,

that is already prove that soho/sovo....
have their own market,
that might grow bigger and bigger later

since now a day i have a few friend which don't want to married any more,
this kind of small house more easy to manage

I belive this group of ppl will grow more in next 10-20 years

why not a small condo or apartment?
