Anyone can tell the whats your cpu and gpu temperature when playing d2 reborn with max settings at 1080p?

Mine is 90c + cpu while gpu is almost 90c.
Been having this cpu throttle problem WHICH IS NOT DUE TO TEMPERATURE PROBLEM.
Cause fps dropped to 20 regardless of what settings i put as the "BD PROCHOT" was throttling my cpu speed to 0.75ghz.

Anyone who has this problem should install ThrottleStop and Disable BD PROCHOT every time you boot up to turn off the throttle.

Of course with this off you should be vary of your own temperature as its going to fly sky high if you play performance hungry games (for me d2 was reaching very high temps == with max settings )

my v nitro comes with the atheros wifi chip.
I wanna ask can i possibly change the wifi chip to intel?

Hmm... I don't have any issues with my wifi connection using stock TM Unifi router and one room away..divided by a wall. Sure you might be able to swap the hardware at the cost of voiding warranty. Why not try other routers first to rule out that the issue isn't from that particular router, before seeking other options.

try setting the CPU usage to 99%

I have no such problem... try set cpu power to 99% and report back

by the way, do we need to back up our files ? all our files in the C folder will it be overwrite after installation ?

Give it awhile, downloads will be done in the background and Windows will notify you when its done and ready for upgrade.

After upgrade to windows 10, when i want to reset the factory setting it pop up said that the recovery files are missing and do not have the button of downgrade back to windows 8.1. Now I am finding the recovery files for my laptop. Anyone can copy the recovery file for me (i think it will work) or have another suggestion?

Hi, what sort of issues are you facing? Also I'm running a fresh install of windows 10 on an Acer Aspire V15 Nitro VN7-591G-744N and up until a few days ago, I started experiencing WiFi connection issues with the stock TM router. There are 6 other devices (mixture of android n apple products) connected to the same router and all work flawlessly except this laptop. The issue is that, it sorts of stops seeing internet connection despite still being connected to the router, but once i manually disconnect and reconnect, full internet access is restored. Thought of upgrading the router to a much better one but since other devices work, I'm worried its the WiFi drivers or hardware in the Acer that's faulty. Help?

well i bought the exact same cooler as shadow ..the cooler master u3 plus.. i have no issue with it so far such as laptop slipping etc.. the fan provides a bit of air circulation(you can feel it) but its not very strong.. but the design is superb and the material used for me is superb as well.

do bear in mind i use my laptop more like a desktop though(on a table mostly) so that might be the reason it is not slipping..

for me i think its a good buy

Thanks for the review. i mainly use mine as a desktop as well. Its plugged in like 99% of the time. If it was human and AC was its food, it'd have exploded n died from too much food & lack of exercises by now..

Oh I see, I read somewhere about a particular software that enables successful hard disk cloning for the V Nitro, but can't seem to remember where at the moment. In the meantime, try searching in other V Nitro dedicated threads and forums. The answer should be in one.
