i got a question now ...

should i go for the i7 4720HQ or i7 4710 HQ ?

Both difference is RM 20 after using the 10% discount from lazada.

Sien. My window button pop out. How to solve it ? Try to slot in back but can't. sad.gif flying out soon also. Wonder if they can fix on the spot ?

sigh... the problem is i bought from lazada.

i guess i need to head straight to the warranty center.

not a good start. but so far so good quite impress with this laptop.

by the way, do you all have this issue where some of the software are not full resolution ? i realise when im installing some software, can notice the pop out tab is not optimize to HD

just send my laptop to claim the warranty for keyboard. quiet impress with their service. 10am delivery 2pm can take back smile.gif

btw how much is the extra charge for the thermal paste ?

Make sure the unit you get for that price is not AP set. A lot of Lenovo AP set in the market.
Both Acer and Lenovo is using dual fan.
IMO, Lenovo screen is a big let down, only 48hz response time and TN panel. You can't get 60fps when using v-sync. Others seems fine though.

Cause I bought from lazada which is one year Acer warranty , knowing tech stuff which will might have some risk cause of own personal bad experience with tech items.

I went lowyat all shops selling the super care 2 for rm 250. Aone plus sold it to me for rm 180 for super care 2.

If u guys wanna buy seperately u can go aoneplus in lowyat to purchase the supercare 2 and look for James

Only free an Acer bag + 3 year macafee antivirus

Plus a defective keyboard which I send to Acer the next day and got it replace after 4 hours smile.gif

if i not mistaken, when i first got my pc, i also find out that the spotify logo looks blur,

then i update all my windows with the latest update and restart my pc. then everything is okay d smile.gif

how to get the updates for windows 10 ?
i already enrol the program and still yet to received the windows 10 installation yet.
by the way, do we need to back up our files ? all our files in the C folder will it be overwrite after installation ?

i got some minor problem after installing W10, my wifi need to manually connect instead of auto connect. any suggestion ?

prior to installation, my old w8 can just auto connect even tho i shut down my laptop, however i need to manually log on everytime.

i didnt install anything also. should be standard driver from windows... maybe i go try install from their acer website

my acer last week also have problem. the screen display shadow and do not seem to load properly. they quote me rm 350 excluding service and GST.

Thankfully have the acer warranty !
