I think the connection road is on..there are a few developer will get benefit by that connection road such as Camelia (200acres), Boustead (650 acres), eco world (490 acres) and just newly joint member i&p (purchased of 800+ acres from glengowarie estate/sime darby)..

Myb jkr or mpkj imposed all those big2 developer to setup one consortium to build the connection road just like what SYABAS force most developer in semenyih/beranang connect the pipe from Langat to beranang area? Who knows kan?

Already started project mayland/country garden diamond city, long abandon i&p project (200acres) infront of univ nottingham, long abandon boustead project (650 acres), eco forest (490 acres), new coming development (donno who is the developer) on the old aviant farm next to boustead land and also newly sold sime darby's semenyih estate to one local chinese company about 100acres..wow broga seems so hot???

So, goos buy again? Assuming all this development launch at the same time 2017/2018...how many thousand unit of houses at semenyih/beranang?

Or they transfer some of the low-med cost to this eco forest? but are they allowed to transfer the quota for low/low med cost to other development land under group company? if they can, is it we can assume they transfer it into this eco forest and combine with their landed individual terrace houses and become mid range product? more affordable maybe? then combine with their landed individual terrace houses and become mid range product?

kalau mcmtu good woo..assume 20' x 60' or 20' x 70' around 450k - 500k?

logik x price for Eco World in that range?

I think this Broga area will boom once Eco Forest comes up. Another hotspot to watch for.
